No. Payments are not refundable, including the unused part of a billing period. If you have just been charged and did not expect it, email us at hello@typito.com and we will help. You can also avoid it: the Free plan needs no card, and cancelling takes one click any time before your renewal date.

Yes, for as long as your plan stays active. If you do not use your downloads this month, they are added to next month's rather than lost.

Any video you have downloaded is yours to keep. Your quizzes stay in your account too, so if you come back later, everything is where you left it.

Yes. You can switch between Creator and Creator Pro, or move from monthly to annual, any time from your account page.

All major credit and debit cards. Payments go through Stripe, so your card details go straight to them. We never see or store them.
